I've ordered a tshirt on november but still now it isn't parcelled. They said they will parcel it by december. Not even in december it was parcelled. I mailed them they said in feb it will be shipped but it was still not correct. The last time i called them they said april but it isn't parcel still now. Everytime i call them they talk to me so rudely and they aren't sure when it will be shipped. I'm fed up of their excuses. Their customer care is also not good. Moreover i'm not the only one who is suffering but many are there. This is a ford website. Please check this website
