I have purchased a shoe from boots and beyond but the shoe size does not fits even the quality is very cheap i wanted to return the shoe but they are not responding properly not even responding for txt nor calls.
I only wear those one to try the size.
i've asked them for return or exchange within 28 days as per their policy but after sending all the photos of the shoes they requested to verify, the now refusing to accept return/exchange. Was this information helpful? | 
they are just selling the product and after that not responding to customers. even block their calls and also block them from instagram.
