I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Boots and Beyond and I must say that my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. From the product quality to the customer service, everything fell short of my expectations.

To make matters worse, I reached out to the customer service department multiple times regarding my concerns and the possibility of a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever....

I ordered shoes from their website and I did not like the quality of the product because it was not the same as it was mentioned on the website. I ordered a product from their website but the product didn't fit me well. Their website clearly states that they have an refund and exchange policy.

They fake advertise shoes which looks really good on the pictures but actually are of really really cheap roadside quality which is basically a scam because we go these websites thinking we'll get better product with good quality, if we wanted cheap quality products we'd have gotten ourselves from our local shops.

Don't buy from them. They are scammers that will bring you items that have been used and other colours that you didn't request. Every image on the website has been vetted, and they are all quite cheap.
They won't pick up your call or respond to your emails.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website after watching their highly invested marketing ads on Instagram which are totally fake. After receiving the order I came to know that this product is not at all upto mark of their price tag ₹ 1300, I demanded refund under their 7 days refund policy . I had ordered a pair of mens shoe from Boots &Beyong. coup;e of issue with the pair

1. Material used is not good, as it is torned from laces hole section,
2. Inside shoe lining was visible from outer white sole,
3. Fit is not comfortable, tight from forefoot

upon sharing the concern, they asked for more images which was shared.

this was when they begun with all false allegation....

I have ordered 3 shoes and 2 of them have some damage which i have communicated to them but they are not ready for return or exchange.
Also, one more shoe is small and they are not exchanging for size.

Boots and Beyond" is a scam website. They display something onn their website, send you some other size . I ordered 10 size shoe but thy sending 7 size shoe. When I request to exchange the product not responding and saying can’t Accept the exchange. As per thy exchange policy product not used . I’m not used product also not responding ..

"Boots and Beyond" is a scam website. They display something onn their website, send you some other scrap and they don't respond to your emails for the return. They vanish in thin air!
