Boots And Beyond — Faulty products and refused to take return | |||||
I have bought shoes from Boots and Beyond As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product . I immediately placed return request on the same day. With in 5 minutes of receiving the product After that taking 2days time when I started doing follow up thru mail and WhatsApp they responded and said that they will not take return as it’s not under their policy but it was clearly mentioned on their website that they will return the payment Kindly help. Even same issue with me. They refused to take return. Looks like fake website and people.
