Hi,
I recently ordered shoes from this site. I had seen a multiple ads on Instagram to this site and this is how I was happen to know this particular website. I spoke to the Instagram page of boots and beyond and they confirmed that they have 7 days return and 30 days exchange. I requested for a return for poor quality on the same day through email as there was no response on calls or texts or WhatsApp. They maintain a very poor customer care support and refused for a return or exchange. So i request the government to take action against this scam sites and help others customers aware of such websites. Was this information helpful? |
