Boots And Beyond — Product doesn't match the picture's shown in website and they are denying the damaged producer exchange

I have ordered 3 shoes and 2 of them have some damage which i have communicated to them but they are not ready for return or exchange.
Also, one more shoe is small and they are not exchanging for size.
