I ordered food using Box8 last week in Bangalore by phone because their app was not working. What a terrible experience it was - the food was absolutely disgusting despite the tiny quantity. I could not eat it. When I called up customer service, they just acted rudely dismissive and said they would get back to me (which they haven't). No response to any emails. I feel cheated and feel like this company does not deserve to exist. Was this information helpful? |
