I had placed an order on 19th july for which i was charged twice for the same order. I had contacted the bank for the same and they confirmed that the amount has been credited to box 8 twice and should be refunded. I have also spoken to paytm team and they also confirmed that the amount has been credited to the vendor's account already.
I tried to reach box 8 finance team but was unable to contact them.
I want my money to be refunded.
