BPCL — Aadhaar linking status

Aadhar number has been linked to LPG and also submitted to Bank. Bank says it's done and if they try to link again, the system says it's already linked. However, the status is still "Not available in NPCI database". What is expected to be done here? Neither the Agency nor the bank are helping, they both say it's not a problem at their end. Where are we supposed to go and who is going to resolve this? We are not getting the cylinder because of this stupid thing.

Sir,

I have seeded my Aadhar[protected] through https://rasf.uidai.gov.in LPG (BPCL) consumer number 18001, approximately 2 weeks back.

I tried to seed it again but the website responded saying the seeding information exists.

My bank send an SMS confirming that Aadhar is linked to the bank account. I have verified it using "Aadhar Status" google app, by providing Aadhar number.

However, The LPG linking status in BPCL (transparency portal) still information is not available.

Request your help to get this resolved.
