sir i am a consumer of BP Gas having consumer no 3421. On 16-11-13 i fieled a compliant against the distributor for not providing the refill on time through home deliveryunder ref. no. 40268284. One month latter on 9-01-14 when i booked for refill online under reference no.[protected] the BPCL/Distributor cancelled the booking on his own. Then two week later on 26-01-13 i again booked for refill under refer. no.[protected] and the fate was same yet again they cancelled my booking. After these two episodes i contacted the distributor for not getting the refill. On this he set a precondition for getting a refill which is "you first withdraw the compliant then only i can unblock your consumer no." on getting this answer i made a compliant under ref. no. 40332778, on which no action has been taken yet for its redresel.
so it is my request please take nessecary action at earliest as i have to get the refill from black market on high rates in spite of having domestic consumer status. please make these distributors accountable as they are doing gundagardi with consumers. Thankyou Was this information helpful? |
