Am sorry to hear and experience misbehavior and ridiculous service from your representative when I had visited your outlet at Seaport - Airport Rd, Thrikkakara, Kakkanad, Kerala 682021 to fill the diesel in my ford figo Car.
Instead of Diesel, your representative had filled petrol in it and when I had complained to Manager in charge (Mr. Rakesh) regarding the issue, his simple answer was its normal here and we have several issues daily and no need to worry about. They had also appointed a service technician to clear these kind of issue. Do you think it’s a normal practice in the said pump? He even said the employee who had filled the petrol will pay for the entire cause. I never meant to take his salary from him for compensating the cause.
As you are a reputed firm, I was very ashamed to experience unprofessional behaviour from your representatives. They even said to me that even in BENZ ad BMW it happens and no one had raised complaint and mine is just a Ford Figo. Is this a good dealer response? Do you think this can be tolerated? I expect a good response and best feedback from your side.
As the issue has not resolved, I am forced to call out for police for settlement. Their commitment was they have one service technician he will do the needful. As am a customer my request was to take my vehicle to ford service centre and do the needful for me. After several discussion with police officers, they had agreed to pay me the pullover charge to the nearest ford service centre as I demanded.
But I am the actual loser as I have to pay for the service cost at ford service centre, I have to pay the Cab fare from your outlet to my office and wasted my time for these issues. Which is not my concern even. Am attaching herewith the cab fee for your reference.
I am requesting your favourable feedback to resolve the issue.
