BPL — 32 TV LED screen display not working

I have been register a complaint to [protected]@bpl.in on 12 th January 2023 and i got the response as working and our service guy contact you in 72 hrs. its almost 7 Months instead of 72hrs. i keep following from January but there is no action. Please find the first and latest responses of bpl care center. Any suggestion how to get solved this ?
