Bpl India Ltd — bpl india - worst service support

I have bought washing machine online though flipkart. After using 6 months machine stopped working and after mailing 100 times and calling them thousands of time received no resolution.. Pathetic service, customer care support. Without any survey, from last month they are saying there is a part replacement. Don't know from which hell they have ordered that part, that one month is passed but got no resolution.
