Dear sir, I am useing this tv purchased date is 19th dec 2015 product is very nice but now on problem is seen the tv model is bpl led tv model : od[protected] under warrenty now one problem is seen ofter 2weeks the power light (On and off) is not working please solve the problem as soon... I hv BPL colour TV Neptun FYR21 what I forgot the Remote no. which remote no. to use for this TV. bcz. old remote not visible the no.
