I am writing this complaint on 14th August 2016 We have registered a complaint for TV repair. Someone from BPL attended and given 1 months assured warranty along with Bill Number 1078(enclosed). Within a week's time it started problem again. Once we are complaining again to the number @ [protected] (mention on slip). this is guy started misbehaving with us. He is again abusive and telling us nonsense things.
This is only reason BPL is loosing ground as authorized person is not at all sensible and handling consumer complaint effectivlty. I have bills and want to complaint against their irresponsibe behaviour and misbehaving attitude.
