I would like to inform you all that todayI have had one of the worst customer care experience ever.
I had called the team since there is some issue with my BPL fully automatic washing machine.
As instructed by Abbas Sahib, I calledon OLD TOLL FREE - [protected] and spoke with an executive who said hisname was Richard.Right from the beginning of the call, hewas unprofessional, impolite, unwilling to help, sarcastic and also was in ahurry to discontinue the conversation after I explained the issue. He even told me that BPL customer carecant help me with my request.I have never had such unprofessional, irresponsible and rude behaviour from any customer care team till date. My suggestion, with such sub standardexecutives like Richard, BPL should rename their customer care team as"customer UNCARE team". I now regret having bought a BPL productwhen there were so many better and reliable options in the market. Was this information helpful? |
