BPL — Refusing to provide service to my washing machine & microwave oven | |||
Call Id - R210511Che36050 The above is the complaint ID registered with bpl customer care [protected]@bpl.in and escalated to [protected]@bpl.in on may 15. Today is July 15 and after countless phone calls to customer care who escalated it to plenty of seniors authorities. Still nothing has happened. Not one service person has called or visited to fix the issue. People spoken to: Richard from customer care. Selvam from bpl Bangalore team via email. Shankar from Chennai service team head. Jeevan team leader from Bangalore via customer care phone, and a minimum of 5 different people. Everyday 3 calls are made with the promise of either a call back or that they are on leave or lunch break. Everyday we have to repeat our concern. How much should we do to get a simple service person to visit the property to address the concern. The product is also on a 10 year warranty!! Was this information helpful? | |||
