The washing machine we purchased directly from BPL stopped working. We reached out to the customer care and their service technician came to repair the machine. He collected the cost of a part that needed replaced and since then there has been no correspondence despite many follow ups. It is now close to 10 months since the fees has been collected and no service has been provided. Was this information helpful? |
