This is very shameful to write this here, about Sutherland,

They putted around 1000+ employees on hold, (No work no pay)

Sutherland, kept me on fake hope's stated you will be shifted to another process or we'll surely take you back, but it's been more then 2 months and they are just rarely calling for interview rounds with (no feedback no proper response)

The big and main point about management is they are hiring from outside with less salary to maintain Cost of company, this is very rediculs such discussting politics well played by company..

I don't know weather it'll going to work to submit a complain but this is mental trauma and like company is playing with employees emotions and giving fake hope's
