Mr Rajeev, we are also aggrieved by BPTP in the same project Capital City Sec 94 Noida. Please contact on [protected] for further going ahead together. Company was supposed to give possession in Dec 2013 and if not they have promises to pay an assured return of Rs 85 K per month on our 90% payment of Rs 70 Lakh approx. They also have stopped paying return on investment after paying for first two quarters in 2014 and since sep 2014 they are also not replying our any communications to them. Going to file civil and as well as criminal cases against the fraud misappropriation of our funds and for delayed possession indemnity and return of our investment along with the same interest as they have charged on us.
