BPTP did a hike of 300% in the CRM charges from 5.5rs/per sq to 15 rs/per sq without letting us know the plot owners/no addition /improvement in the service as well. This is clear cut a loot of our hard earned money. Most of the Plot/FLAT owners asking BPTP to take back this unjustified charges ( Back to 5 per Sq but they are not giving any response. I request Haryana Govt authorities to take strict action on BPTP. There should be a law to control the loot from reputed builders like BPTP.
