Brand Factory Online — Incomplete refund was made / No response to emails

I had ordered for Rs.1039. But the order got cancelled and amount was debited from my account. I want the complete refund of Rs.1039.
It says amount refunded but there is nothing which is reflected in my bank account statement. Also there is no response of my emails and nothing is being done by the customer care service. They just ask me to send emails to which they don't even reply.
I want to raise a complaint because I want to return a jeans which I had ordered, it has size issues and now they have some technical issues and I’m not able to return the jeans.
