I had ordered 3 apparels in www.brandfactoryonline.com website from my registered email id beyyala.[protected]@hotmail.com on 25 June 2019 . The order value is of Rs.2448 and order no is 62436.

The order is expected to deliver within 7 days as per website . But, till today, the order didn't get delivered and i am trying my best to contact the company through mails and toll free number . But, they haven't responded over emails and toll free number is keeping me on hold for hours without any response. By observing all these, it looks like BrandFactoryOnline had performed fraud with me . So, Kindly help me on this to get this resolved

Updated by AjayBeyyala no action taken on this yet ..Still struggling to contact brandfactoryonline team ...This is really very disappointing from Brandfactoryonline.

Still I didn't received the item. There is no proper response from the brand factory customer care
