Brand Factory — product delivered but no status update to return | |||
I want to return received order but due to incomplete status update i m not able to return it. Many times i contacted brand factory customer care but did not get satisfactory answer. They all told me the same statement evrytime. I ordered the product on 12th july now its 5th aug nobody came to pickup the order. Can anybody tell how to resolve this problem.
