Breezedeal.com Online Shopping Site — product not delivered and paid money not refund

I have booked one mobile phone worth rs. 13500/- on breezedeals.com and paid online payment through citibank credit card order was placed on 21st december 2018 and on 25 dec. 2018 order was cancelled from their side. They said that the delivery of product not be deliver to your place and payment will be refund in 5 days but my payment has not been refund so far. Please help me out. Here, i am sharing my order details screen shot. Please help me out.
