Brilliant Tutorials — Non receipt of course material after payment

I paid the fees for 4 year target iit course on 6 dec but have not received any material so far. Their customer service rep keeps mentioning that they will resolve the issue in 24 hours but they don't do. I ahve waited very long and now wish to process the refund. Kindly help me. I will provide more details when contacted

There is no update. The brilliant tutorials customer service person just says he wants more time. I don't trust them anymore. Can we submit a police complaint? How should we proceed to get a refund?
