On 22.01.2018, i purchased 2 packets of britannia nutri choice cracker simply lite biscuits from a local store, named tanvi. Details of the packs are as under : Pkd. Date 01.11.17 Lot no. A111791 Machine code pl2v15c Weight 100 gms. Mrp rs. 15/- each... Both packs are bearing same details When one packet was opened on 23.01.18, i found that all the buscuits in the pack are overbaked and burnt to reddish brown. This was never the case before in any other earlier packs. I immediately lodged a complaint to your toll free no.[protected] When the lady on the line assured me that my complaint and other details would be forwarded to the concerned person. 2 days have passed, but no one has contacted me either on mobile or on my landline number. I contacted again today but i was told that it is a holiday today. Tomorrow being republic day, it may be again a holiday. If this is the state of affairs, whether my complaint will be attended to or not is a big question before me. You are requested to attend my complaint without any further delay.
