Sir,
I wish to raise a complaint against BSNL UPW who have till date failed to provide the services to me as desired and in breach of that they have gone ahead and billing me on monthly basis for something which hasn't been provided to me till now.
I will give a brief about my case:
1. I had applied for seeking Broadband services from BSNL in the month of Jan ' 13. They took 1 month on whatever account to first install the physical equipment at my premises.
2. Once installed, they couldn't ensure the services worked for a single day. I chased up with all concerned for my area i.e. Crossings Republik and no one knew why the services aren't working.
3. Then after regular follow-ups when nothing worked I requested for disconnection of services and refund of all the deposit paid in the month of Apr'13.
4. To surprise nothing happened and no one came to either disconnect the services or to resolve the problem which I was facing.
5. Finally, today I got a bill from BSNL seeking charges for services undelivered. And also showing past outstanding - for which no bills were ever received.
I would request you to intervene on this matter so that solution can be derived immediately.

Subject : FTTH Phone 29711364 Broadband Connection down
I would like to bring to your kind attention the following :
a) Our Internet connection is down from last 3 days and inspite of followup no action is happening.
b) FFTH in general is not stable and keeps going up and down.
c) On our phone we can not dial 000117 number which is AT&T number and can be dialed from any phone
May I request your URGENT intervention.
