Chandra Net Pvt Ltd — Still not installed connection after paying Installation charge

I m Jignesh Goswami,Apply for Broadband connection with Chandra Net Pvt Ltd on 12/03/2010 and as per rules of this company i have complite all service applying formalities with company Executive Name Chintan Parmar.I have given 2970(service charge)+500(refund deposite) with check from Standerd chartered bank check No 870602.

That time company executive told me they will installed broardband setup upto 15/03/2010,but there is nobody came to installed setup and same executive not pickup the call ([protected])from same day on words.

I had call to customer care No[protected]/900/980/801) nos of times ,but not getting sutisfactory answer regards same.

Now i want my money back with my bussiness lost from company.

So kindly help me for above matter.

Spidigo (Chandra Net Pvt Ltd) — Internet Connection Problem

I am using Spidigo intenet since last 3 months. My intenet disconnect regulary. I have make complain the the spidigo customer care many times. but there is no resonse. Even they are not ready to refund my money. Very bad service. Its a fraud company. Dont buy spidigo internet.
