Tata DoCoMo Wireless Broadband Service — unauthorised bill

sir.
i took a tata docomo broad band connection (tata docomo no.[protected])on 17/03/2012
it was free for 2 months
after 1 month i lost the dongle and immediately informed customer care to stop the service
and took another tata docomo connection
but unfortunately they are sending me the bill for the lost dongle
i had talked to their customer service more than 6 times
sent e mail to them
every time they told me that the matter has been solved
inspite of several talk they are going on sending bill for the connection which i have not used
now their legal department threatning me to pay the bill
i will be obliged if you kindly take the matter
