Tata Docomo — Not refunding recharge money

I have tata docomo number 8950512415 and i want to recharge it with 119 rs. but by mistake the recharge has been done to 8950572415, the shop keeper told customer care for refunding the balance for wrong recharge, but customer care said that, it is not possible, so i was paid again 119 rs for same recharge.
so pls refund my money to my number 8950512415...

Hello there,

An amount of Rs. 28 and Rs. 5, has been deducted from my moile no. 8087255696 today. While I haven't subscribed for any of these. I got sms message regarding subscription and immediately I called 155223 to deactivate the service.

This is not the first time its happening. Previously they charged as vas ussd. Now this.

Please do the needful and refund the money deducted.

1) many times before also tata given me fraud billing
2) above no was activated by sales team and never given to me but on my name
3) in august only I reported to stop number but still bill and recovery agents call I recived
4) I have given 1000 rs which is not refunded by tata and they refused

for mental agony I want 30000 rs or be ready...

Rs. 99 is deducted from my number.

Tata Docomo — Refund of my online net pack recharge

On 03 February 2016, I made an online NET PACK recharge of Rs.197/- through my State bank of INDIA VISA card.
The recharge was not successful. However, amount of Rs.197/- deducted from my SBI Account.
I received a SMS from TATA DOCOMO that amount Rs.197/- will be refunded within 3 work days. Still, I have not received the amount.
I want my money....

This is the worst service from tata docomo. I have already given all the documents related to pre to post connection to the executive but still they are continuously deactivating my number. They activate it after contacting with customer care 121 then after 2 days again deactivate the number by telling me verification is negative.
If you people are not able to handle customers satisfaction then dont offer them for postpaid connection.
This is worst service i have seen....

Contrary to my repeated instruction to deactivate my tata photon no 9230056820, you are generating bills inspite of non usance of the facility month after month. As per our earlier discussion on the subject with your customer care rxecutive, I have paid upto bills generated on 17.12.2015 .Any further generation of bill, will be at your responsibility and I am not going to pay any further payment....

Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am rahul priyadarshi mob no-7276996462. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before my balance was 120rupees. But today 99.00 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service. So i request you sir/maam that please refund my balance in my no and help me out with it....

Tata Docomo — Unable to recharge photon plus dongle

Hello,

I am using Tata Photon Plus (CDMA) dongle since a long time (around December, 2013 if I remember correctly), the number is 9226444126. However, I haven't recharged it since many months. Today when I tried to recharge it by visiting the Docomo website, I was told that the number was not valid.
Can you please let me know the status of my photon plus dongle? If possible, can you also activate it if it is not done already?

Now am using past 3 months air tel network meanwhile i enquired to tata docomo GSM customer care Hyderabad about my refundable850 rupees money but they are not responding properly.

I did first time porting on 28th december of 2015 from Tata Docomo to Airtel but after 15 days it was not completed by Tata Docomo and I asked to Airtel customer about this matter and they said once again submit your document to Airtel store and I did it by once again porting my mobile no 9126117058 by porting code on 14th January but it is also in vain.Now when I am going to contact with Tata Docomo customer care by dialing 198 call has been dropped by Tata Docomo. After two times porting it is not being succeded by only Tata Docomo. I asked to Airtel customer care they said until Tata Docomo left...
