dear Sir/madam, my docomo no is 8266888604 I have activated the rs247 pack 2g 3gb data for 60days on 22 nov, 8:19am. after data pack plan deactivate at 2 days automatically...i have lost 3gb 2g data pack for 60 days!!! sir mene bilkul bhi data use nhi kiya.. data pack 24nov ko deactivate ho gya. I am very upset with the quality of your service and the rudeness and inability your customer care/technical team posses. I reported an issue with one of my Docomo number (9035190340) and you guys took over 2 weeks to respond and in fact I had to call you to get an update after 2 weeks. After two weeks your rep gives some story telling the network in my area is bad, where as the fact is that I am using 3-4 Sim cards from Docomo. After enquiring and demanding a fix, the rep (Sibghatullah) puts me on hold without even asking for about 15 minutes and asks me to go to nearest center...

Tata DoCoMo - DIve in now flash alert

Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is...

Dear Sir, I am Mayank Pegwar and My TATA Docomo number is 8176025960. Rs 75 have been deducted from my balance at after noon 01:03 PM on 25th NOV 2014. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "unlimited at 75 is activated atRs75.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs120.09 at 25-nov-14 13:03.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to155223(Free)" and Rs 75 was deducted. I have not activated any such service by any means. After the activation of the same, I was trying to call on 121 at 01:15 PM on 25thNov2014 and the customer care executive doesn't receive the call. Tata DoCoMo - DIVE in Alert messages in every 2 seconds, this is annoying so much

From last 4 days I am getting Dive in alert message in my mobile in every 2 seconds. I tried to disable it but no success. I also tried to call customer care and ask them to disable these alert on my tata docomo number but nothing happen. Then I tried to activate DND service on my number hoping this will resolve this issue but still not get rid of these shitty alerts. I am really pissed off....

DoCoMo - no. blocked

on 12th Nov 2014, Docomo has blocked my no. 8867123456, stating reason as UCC. but actually i m running an Education Socieity, and give welfare scheme for stds under Ministry of Rural Development. I have not made any such call or sms, i m confident and u can check my call or sms history. In the attached proof, u can see i have registered my own no. for DND, so how can i make any UCC call or sms???? till 12th Nov the status was acive for DND, after blocking it changed. I paid a very heavy premium to take this no. so only solution is: 1. either resotre my existing no. 8867123456 or 2....

Myself Jogesh garg old customer of tata Docomo services I use 3g GPRS pack I used 50 mb but the company says 300 mb and this is usual not once or twice . Customer care have only one solution to every problem that is restart your handset . Hope you'll take any action ....

Tata DoCoMo - dive in alerts every 2 seconds

Getting dive-in flash alerts every 2 seconds with cancel and OK button. The alert does not go away even when cancel is pressed. Have to click outside the alert box to make it disappear but the box reappears almost every 2 seconds. Making my phone unusable. Called 121 where they asked me to disable flash messages but can not find any such option in my phone settings....

Hi This is regarding the above sited subject. i have Tata docomo GSM Sim.7204930776 For the Mobile number 7204930776, Caller tune has been activated without intimation on 22nd November 2014.after activation, they have sent SMS telling that service caller tune has been activated for 90 days and Rs.69 has been deducted from your balance. And also i have replied for that SMS for Deactivation. Please revert back our Balance immediately....

Hi my self dayanand I am customer of TATA from last 8 years using CDMA connection. I have started using tata GSM service in Pune area since June 2014, i have made several calls for service issue but no one given me complaint number for Tata Docomos POOR Service. Every day i am facing call drop issue during travelling within city area (within 18Km call drops 7 times). Now i hold the bill for this reason they are giving me complaint number ( Not yet given) with resolution date of 25th /26th of this month. hi already asked for stop the services. still you are sending bills for upcoming months. can you do settlement for this. As i am not going to pay this much of bill amount for non usages of photon. i am not using photon services from last 3 months. but your poor service your & company begging charges from consumer like this. this is shame on tata's service quality. Unresolved Complaint Number: 442173583 (wrongly addressed as resolved) Current Plan: 20 GB Unlimited (3rd Nov, 14 - 2nd Dec, 14) As per both tatatele.in and the device home page, data consumed before 14th Nov, 4:40 pm was ~13 GB. Nonetheless, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap. I waited until 20th Nov, 10am for them to resolve this issue. And then I had to pay an extra 125+ (taxes) for 1 GB, as an ILLEGAL EXTORTION money, just to restore the basic services of my 20GB UL plan. Again, at 1pm on 23rd Nov, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap before I could use this extra 1 GB. Tata Docomo Connection...

I got my photon max wifi activated 3 days back but from the day one of activation I have been getting speed below 100kbps and after sometime it won't even work. I have registered the complaint 2 days back and for the first time they called and I wasn't able to receive the phone so I called back and it said the number is not correct. Then I complained second time this time I picked the phone but nobody responded and it got disconnected. And after 3rd, 4th and till 8th call they never called and when I said nobody called me then they said you haven't received the call. Why the hell I will not receive...

I have Tata Docomo PREpaid sim from last 6yearsi am recharge with Rs.153 Plan for 3g. According to the plan, I should get 1.5 GB 3G data free . I called up the customer support asking for the 3G Settings for my Gioneee pioneer p2 . They asked me to send a message with internet typed to 52270. I got a reply saying that "My phone does not support automatic settings and I have to contact Customer Support for Manual settings". On Tuesday 18-11-2014 evening Rs. 100 deducted from my account saying that low account balance for using docomo Internet @ 10p/10kb for 1 minute which is really incredible..There is such inconsistency in messages that saying 30 MB deducted in minute on EDGE speed miracle as i thought its like giving 3g speed on EDGE while on roaming in Mumbai.Then it saying ZERO balance and 100 rupees deducted. After 2 days I have not even recharged i got message that 20 mb remaining. Customer service is horrible saying they will not refund and you can port if you want....
