On 03. June 2014 I recharged (or at least I thought I have... ) TATA Photon stick ph. no. 9211420003 at pre-paid scheme for bundled usage of 32GB, one year validity for 5000 rs ( bill no 3014) at the Tata Photon authorized shop Baghirath Communication, M/S Puranmal Rajkumar at 798/6 Main Market, Mehrauli, 110030 New Delhi. I hardly used the stick, since I went abroad in the meantime. Now, when I wanted to use it, at my unpleasant surprise, I found out that the connection was terminated and data lost. The Tata Photon customer care executive very helpfully explained me that I never recharged...

I have logged a complaint with the customer support this morning for slow speed. The support person said, the technical team will get back in 8hrs. But never came back. Again when I called them another support guy told to wait for 24hours. The issue still persists and when I tried to reach the customer care, it is totally busy. I' m really fed up with this sort of service from customer care. Why can't they have a direct number for technical assistance. The support executives were not clear on the product and service they offer. They provide false commitments....

Hi, I have been several times charged 15/- each time by default for merameal VAS service. Some times they refunded and some times not. But now a days whenever I use SIM in data card this merameal service is getting activated each time I put the SIM in it even though it is not getting any signal and connecting to Internet. Customer care people are giving soothing answers and repeating deductions as usual. So I want them to stop merameal service and illegal 15/- deductions for ever and take action against them and save suffered customers like me....

We had connection of tataphoton a/c 944739041 in above name and discontinued use there of after 31/03/2014.WE got legel notice for 2600/- on 26/07/2014 and deposited 2600/- on 31/07/2014 with request and there confirmation that herein after no bii be generated in above connection and your connection isnot in use.Again we have received advocate notice dated 10/10/2014 to deposite 1565/- for the bill generated.What you people are doing?Please take ths matter urgently or I will proceed consumer court for justice...

I had a tata photon post-paid connection, account# 910121316 which i requested to be deactivated with immediate effect on 8th September, 2014. I reconfirmed with the agent who called that i want it deactivated immediately and i do not want to retain it, in any scenario. Am not sure if the agent did not understand English or what! For in a few days, i got emails confirming the closure of the cancellation request and an email from their retention team thanking me! Shocking as it was when i called-up their customer service, the guy spoke rude; kept on barking that i had asked their telephone agent...

Complaint # 434865951 // 020-65298889~~M20363004 I have registered a complaint by calling Tata Docomo Customer service. One of the tech visited (Rs 100 charged) & informed that there is fault in the device & it needs to be replaced. I bought this landline 7 months ago & the problem is since 1 month now. They says, they will give refurbished device as a replacement to the brand new phone. That refurbished phone did not even have numbers displayed on the keypad. If not the new phone, why dont Docomo repair my existing phone. I have paid for the new phone, why would I use the old phone....

Hi I am manjunath . my docomo corporate postpaid number is 9900110376. Docomo has sent me sept 2014 bill of Rs 7757. Which i never made that much usage . my outgoing also barred from past 15 dayz. I sent so many mails to customer care & appellate to solve this issue. But no use till today. I requested for call back facility also but this also not happened. The bill amount of Rs 7757 is not real time usage bill. Please solve this issue. Arrange for call back facility from higher authority on my mob no. 9900110376...

Hi Team, I am a prepaid retail customer and my number is 9246483959. Suddenly i was not bale to make any calls and receive any calls from this day. When i enquired about this the customer care executive tells me that my number has been barred due to suspecting of call distribution as per TRAI regulations. Please let me know how my retail number can be used for such purpose without my notice. Also i have been a customer of tata docomo since long and i don't expect this kind of service from you. Request you to please look into this ASAP, as this has caused a lot of inconveneience already....

Hi My nos 9096600022 and 9503900022 where disconnected without any information or notice. I had activated international roaming for my number and on the second day service was disconnected without any information. I am abroad, hence my wife inquired about the reason and was shock to hear that we had a bill of Rs 25000, that too with no calls done. Now these people are saying pay the bill first, though they are not able to give details as the bill is not generated. Also according to normal procedure they disconnect my connection if it goes above 8000 as security, I dont understand why they waited...

Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. I have recharged my mob no-7205429182 for Rs 350/= on 28.10.2014 @ 21:52:34pm through internet recharge. TATA DOCOMO site was showing talk time of Rs 400/= on recharge of Rs 350/= but i got only Rs 311.50. When I contacted customer care representative on 30.10.2014 @ 08:45am, they were unable to explain and suggested to lodge complain. Request you to look into the matter and arrange to credit remaining balance to my mob account....

Respected Sir, 29/10/2014 SUB: CHANGE OF PLAN FROM TATA DONGLE TO PROTON MAX WI FI With respect to the above, I was using TATA DONGLE from 02/09/2011, and then I wanted to change to TATA MAX WIFI on 3rd august 2014 I went to your KAMMANAHALLI unit opposite to JALVAU VIHAR Bangalore. Your sales man told to pay RS 2500/- and in exchange for my old TATA DONGLE he was willing to pay RS 400/- . I wanted an adapter for which he charged me RS 400/-.
