Tata DoCoMo - Convert postpaid to prepaid

Hi, my tata docomo postpaid connection number is 8050832242, i want to convert from postpaid to prepaid, i have visited 2-3 showroom in bangalore, they are not reverting properly, when applying for postpaid connection, they treated very well, when asked for cancellation, they are not reverting properly. without proper usage, i am wasting money. Pls help by converting postpaid to prepaid.....

Hi, I took Tata Docomo Wifi max connection in December 2014. I got the minimum speed I was promised in December and January i.e. 1Mbps. Now the speed is not even 512 Kbps. I have raised a complaint for this a month back. After so long some one from Customer Care called me regarding the complaint. When I informed them that I am not even receiving the minimum speed I was promised, the response I got was If I am dissatified with the connection I can raise a request to cancel the connection. Hello.Iam using tata photon max wifi.Recently.I recharged with Rs.999 for 20gb.But They provide me only 5gb.when i contact their customer care no respond(In customer care services they will speak only Hindi and English what about others languages )what is this?fraud company.Iam going to through this product to dustbin.they cheated me...Iam going to get MTS Mblaze.which is better than this. This is very disappointing to state that Tata Docomo failed to give satisfactory network coverage in one of the most prime city like Bangalore. My cell phone with prepaid no 8867702978 and photon max wifi post paid no. 9213093565 have poor signal which is on and off at my residence near BEL circle, HMT main road, Jalahalli, Bangalore. My name is Jay, my tata photon number is 9275367302. I had topped up my connection with a scheme which gives me certain speed uptill 7gb data usage, and then the speed reduces for another 4gb. Ok, this is also accepted. But within a week the speed has gone down so much that now even it takes almost 5 minutes to open up the google home page also. I mean this is not the way to cheat innocent people. You loot us first of all with expensive usage charges, atleast what you could do is fulfil your promises. Tata DoCoMo - Insanely low speed but charges full tariff

I suppose companies charge for products/services provided. Tata DoCoMo charges its customers for both speed of connectivity and data. If it doesn't provide anything close to the promised speed, how can it claim full tariffs? Curiously, I noticed similar complaints and similar responses (that yours is a high usage area but there is no network upgradation planned) from other users on websites where harried customers vent their ire. So, is reduction of speed a conscious business strategy for Tata DoCoMo? If so, this would also explain why its MD is so conspicuously silent on the issue. Written numerous...

dear sir, My photon no. is 9230047732 . my residence is at 25b/1 rafi ahmed kidwai road kolkata -16 . From past one month i am facing low speed issue in my locality. i tried calling customer care but they say sorry we cannot help you because the area where you are using this device is under high utilized . Everytime when i call or sms one msg displays TATA DOCOMO Rs127 = 1GB, 30 Days OR Rs 185 = 2GB, 30 Days. Special Recharge Now. today i recharged for Rs 185 and i got only 1 GB data in my account. I am using 7278461446, 199/- plan of TATA DOCOMO. In last month April 2015 I have changed my prepaid connection to postpaid. In 27th May I got my 1st postpaid bill by sms. It was Rs 239. I have paid this bill after getting the message as soon as possible in afternoon of that day. But after few minutes when I was check my unbilled amount I was shocked because it was shows Rs 590.92. Series of complaints are enumerated below: 1. Rs. 850/- was charged at the point of conversion of from prepaid to postpaid. I was told by your executive that it will be refunded after 3 months and adjusted in the bill. But, now customer care tells me that only Rs. 500/- is refundable and that too at the time of closing the number. Also refused to tell me the name of the executive who initiated my connection. My TataDoCoMo prepaid number is 8553283135!!!My call rates are been increased without any reasons even though my call rate offer is 30/ps from nearly 1 month I'm suffering problem due to this and I'm not getting any solution to this problem...I had ported my network due to this main reason but I got a call from customer care that we will reduce call rates but there was no decrease in my call rates!! Plz look into my complaint and do necessary changes orelse just say to port to other network. I'm tired of TataDoCoMo network!!!The worst network I had ever used....

I am using DoCoMo since a year but when u converted it into 3g service the network is poor and im charged for 3g data but im getting 2g only that is too poor ive called customer service many times but my call is terminated every time I think it is a fake company worst customer care services......
