[Resolved]  Vodafone — Internet Service on Mobile

Provided internet service on Mobile No.[protected] without my request or consent. During this period, I was
staying with my son whose apartment has Wi-fi internet facility. Also my smartphone remained with my
one and half year old son most of time who was playing games and listen music. Sometime in the mid of June,13, I received SMS showing internet use of 4,500/- App. I was shocked to see this message. I approached Vodafone and asked them to disconnect this service immediately. On 2nd July,13, I made written complaint bearing No, [protected] and asked them to show documentary evidence of my consent otherwise remove
internet charges from my coming bill. They gave me 12th July,13 the date by which my complaint will be
resolved but I do not receive any SMS upto 12th July,13. On 13th July,13, I made a call on 111, the Customer
Care Centre but I was informed that they can not adjust internet charges. Now, I have been left with any other
option except to approach you to deal with my grievances.

My name is Mayur malviya and i am one of the custmer of Vodafone mobile in MP. The problem is that this company is not giving the proper network service to the custmer there is no proper network in jabalpur . And if i am complaing to Custmer care of this company so there is no POSITIVE responce.The Coustmer cell department always said that our project is going on and you ill recive our network properly as soon as possible All custmer of Voda in my area are facing such type of problem but there no responce form company and all pubilc spending money for good service but there is no good service in JABALPUR MP.

the tariif is 2 sms will charge in day rest is 100 sms . but ur charging every sms
i have given complant on 12 jan but . ur failed to resolve the problem

I have suscribed to the Internet service(Mobile internet) in vodafone telecom. I had done it a month ago and till today, I haven't got any mobile service. I request you consider my complaint.
