This is really pathetic, when ever I do ticket booking in book my show its getting failed but interestingly money is getting charged. They will say it will getting refund in 5 days but u won't get, it happen multiple times with me even today also, they put some discounts to attract i[censored] go into that ur payment will go off, if normal booking without off its not happening, what a new marketing strategy, hats off Please dont do this with poor people Atleast. Please rectify it ASAP
