Bsa Courier — Item not deliver intentional by Courier company and delivery boy

One of my item shipped from Citi bank on 24th Jun-22 and item reached at Faridabad at local BSA courier office by 1st july -22, I continuously requesting then and follow up to deliver item, even, I called them, if they are not able to deliver, I will collect from them but intentionally they denied and not deliver my item.

what and how, I can do any action on them.
