One of my item shipped from Citi bank on 24th Jun-22 and item reached at Faridabad at local BSA courier office by 1st july -22, I continuously requesting then and follow up to deliver item, even, I called them, if they are not able to deliver, I will collect from them but intentionally they denied and not deliver my item.
what and how, I can do any action on them....

My mint coupon was sent to bsa courier awb gg0111483 a week ago. But the same was never delivered. Daily their personnel was mentioning tomorrow. Thus i was forced to collect the same on 1st march 2019 at 6 pm. Appears to be a road side broker and wonder how hindustan times appoints such cheap courier who never delivers the packet in time. Further the delivery boy appears to be full of arrogance not listening to anyone in this company. I...
