I am Saique Hussain, my CRN no is[protected]. When My meter got burnt First I made a complain through phone then on I went to the dwarka sector-6 office to complain about my burnt meter. One of the output connection was burnt. I was told that I'll have to pay a nominal charge for that single connection.
But when I got the bill it showed ARREARS of Rs.2685.48/-, when I asked the customer cell-I was said it is for the new meter.
My question is when the meter was burnt without any mistake of mine, then why should I have to pay this amount?
