I am resident of 208 sant nagar, EOK, New Delhi-65. My connection no is[protected] . I paid all my dues on 09-06-15 but till date the meter is installed for my new connection at my premises. The BSES irresponsible attitude can be judged from the fact that almost one and half month has passed but no meter is installed till date. Inspite of personal requests to the highest chair the condition is same. To show the supremacy of BSES Mr Rahul came on 13-06-15 to install meter but left the premises without installing the meter. My complaint is if consumer don’t pay bill by due date, penalty is imposed. What about the penalty for dalay in meter installation and attending to other complaints by bses.
Further BSES carless attitude can be judged by their wrong work ethics . They installed 4 other meters after gap of 25 days from payment. The wiring is touching the road and may cause loss of life and property if any mishappening takes place. Inspite of repeated requests to change the wiring BSES persons make one excuse or other and are not adhering to our complaint. The wrong wiring photo is attached. The BSES shold immediately change the wiring in a safer way so that no accident takes place .

Updated by lucky Mr Rahul came to install meter on 13-07-15 and not on 13-06 15. Without installing the meter he left the premises without giving any reason. The bses officials talk of tendency but don't respond to complain and demands even after one and half month.
