This mail is in regards to an incorrect calculation of bill on CA[protected], Bill is due on 31-Jul-21 and been Calculated for 59Days and units charged on high slab rate in a go, request to consider it as 2months as 59days...
Units are charged on high rates would please request to reconsider.
Last month my bill was not generated and I was trying to submit on whatsApp Bses portal, it was not allowing to submit the meter reading and as contacted to customer care they said a server issue is going on and this month I have been charged on a high rate all together.

Meter reading was not taken in the month of June as BSES was suffering to a server issue, as confirmed by BSES Customer Care Agent.
