BSNL Anand Under Kheda Telecom District Nadiad Gujarat — (Non) - Availability of Modem cum Router with WiFi facility (known as Type II)

I requested BSNL Anand to provide me with the above WiFi for my home PC. I have not only combo plan with landline telephone and Broadband connection since long but also have three mobiles with BSNL SIM Cards in my family. Lastly I approached Gujarat Telecom Service at Ahmedabad over phone # +[protected]as I was directed by the Marketing Dipartment of the BSNL at Ahmedabad) The number stated here is of the Broadband service of theirs(BSNL) with no avail.
