Sub:-Unauthorized Balance deduction;

I used the BSNL SIM card, they deduct my balance(weekly) unauthorizedly form 2-3 month. Due to this problem, I stoped to recharge my number.I can't afford this balance deduction. Sir, I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible.I faced this problem on the given no.
