BSNL — bill without internet connection

I "Madhusudan karmakar" of 15, Kalitala lane, salkia, howrah - 711106, had taken BSNL internet connection on Telephone No: "26652848" against security deposite Rs.2280. Last bill I've paid on July, 2011, after that i have surrender this connection (though no receipt copy has been given to me) on base on this, BSNL has disconnection my connection, till date no BSLN internet has been use by me, unfortunately BSNL Advocate Mr. Kalindi Sharma send me a letter no.
