BSNL — Billing Address problems

My name is Madan Mohan G N and my address is "No 30, 19th C Cross, 15th Main Road, Padmanabha Nagar, Bangalore, 560061, Karnataka. I have given this address while booking my Telephone Services. I have provided the same address many more times to BSNL to correct the wrong address to which the bills are sent. Despite this, the address to which the BSNL bills are sent are : No 30, 19th Cross, 15th Main Road, Padmanabha Nagar Bangalore KT 560070. Please help this address change effected.
