Sorry to say that though I have recharged my BB through BSNL online on 6th march 2014 at 11.40.28AM and my Ref No is [protected] and TXE[protected], and till now it is not activated means till 9th march 2014 at 04.30PM. But from 6th of march BSNL cutting GPRS till now. When I contact 1503 they say to contact 1505 And when contact to 1505 they are saying to contact BSNL office and talked very rudely not answered and without solving my problem. I am very sorry to say your costumer care lady does not know how to talk the customers.
