Dear Sir,
As a consumer, I would like to register my agony that my broad band Internet connection was not working since 47 days and in spite of my several complaints, the response was completely NIL.
Kindly refer to my complaint number 532 dated 6th December 2014 at Valakkavu BSNL exchange, A/c number:[protected] it is to be noted that
I am a regular payer of monthly bills on time and interestingly, I have received bill demand for the whole month where the connection is non-functional.
I humbly request your intervention in this regard as this is a complete failure of consumer service while charging for the same.
