BSNL — broad band not available for 3 months

Sir/Madam, This is to inform with utter frustration that I am not able to get a continuous net availability for the last 3 months.(No:[protected] For 6 pm to 10 pm not is completely unavailable. Rest of the time it comes and goes. We have called BSNL office for around 20 times. Nearly 7 times they came here to check after checking here and there they say problem is not here and not from there and it is in the line. Still they are not doing anything.We are paying the bill of more than 700 for the last three months. Pleas do the needful.
