Dear sir, Ii would like to inform you that I am using this number for the past 35years and I am a broadband customer for the past 1 year paying more than rs 1000.00 every month. Mostly every month we are facing problem with the Internet and the response from every complaint is very slow. Presently we do not have Internet for the past 15 days and today the local technician has sorted my landline, and had informed Us that the rest can be done only by the AE of thiruvadanai. i had called the AE and he had responded that he will solve the problem when he comes to my area.but he doesnt know when he can come to my area. it is not fare on bsnl to to make me pay for what i a not using and not providing us the service that we are eligible for. Kindly consider my complaint and help me receive my connection back.
