BSNL — Broadband disconnection | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We have submitted written broadband disconnection letter for our connection[protected] to Commercial Officer, customer care center, BSNL office, M.I.Road, Jaipur dated[protected]. We have deposited our last bill also but still our account not been disconnected, and we are receiving bill message every month then we have contacted to again customer care but not reply properly and told it will not be disconnect. My broadband disconnects several times in a day.I can use my broadband 1 or 2 hrs a day every time I use it disconnects I am having this problem from past 4 months.I have complained but there is no action taken in this matter.please help me in this matter.
