My Broadband connection is not working for last 9 days. The internet light on my modam is not blinking. No one is there to resolve this issue. They don't pick [protected] this complaint number most of the times. If they pick they just note my address and give a false assurance that it will be okay today. Do something or i'll have to disconnect your services forever. I don't think you want to lose a 6-7 year old customer who pays bill on time.
