BSNL Broadband — net gets disconnecting frequently

i am from tamilnadu(kanchipuram).i have bsnl broadband connection in my home.it keeps disconnecting frequently daily.yes, i have tthis problem daily. i have booked many complaints regarding this...but there is no justice for me.please help me!!! its annoying and i have more than 10 days disconnected in a month but i have to pay the full bill...

The Worst. This is the worst Internet and even the customer care is also horrible. When i was talking to them they cut my call as i was filing a complaint. When i went to the office to get it disconnected they sent from office to office to get it done they even made me wait for 1 hour in both the offices. This the worst, disgusting service. I hate them so much i cant express it words. i gave no rating as i wanted to give them a 0
their staff to ignorant. Disgusting i hate them
