This is to complain about the abrupt change in broadband plans.
I have subscribed to plan BBG-FN-COMBO-630-MONTHLY, under which I get unlimited night download (2 am to 8 am). This plan was suddenly changed in July to BBG-CNT-COMBO-630-MONTHLY without my knowledge.
I was not informed about the plan change by BSNL in any way SMS or phone call.
Now in July month bill I have been charged for night hours downloads, which in my previous plan were free.
The change in plans is effective from July 1, 2014. However, I was formally informed only via a printed message on BSNL July bill, which I typically received only around the middle of August. Thus I had no time or opportunity either to change my usage patterns or look for alternative plans.
I request you to please consider my complaint and waiver the night hours download for month of July.

I got the message about exceeding usage and I think that technical problem and contact the BSNL officials. They provide me the irresponsible answer-"we don’t know about this, all billing and concerned things are made from central office & they never send any prior clear instruction to us about the matter."
